What Experience do you bring?

With decades of experience in business, industry, nonprofits and public service, Vicki enjoys supporting a variety of key stake holders and clientele through challenging times. As she progressed from marketing to data geek to Director of Project Management, to Accounting Manager to CFO, it became clear she has a talent in managing business, supporting struggling organizations, and helping people succeed. Beyond accounting and finance, Vicki offers process improvement, staff evaluation, training and quality assurance. Her guidance helps address employee recruiting and retention.

Vicki has led teams and individuals through business start ups, accounting setups, clean ups, and monetary disaster management. One manufacturer who was losing substantial revenue, needed her to renegotiate terms with vendors, manage cash flow and improve efficiency for their accounting policies and procedures, all while training non-reporting staff to perform routine duties. The company managed a soft-landing, in large part because she distributed skills sets and streamlined the entire accounting department.

Recently she took a food industry / retail operation through Dare to Lead training, (Brene Brown’s seminal work on organizational innovation and problem resolution). Feedback was strong that this curriculum gave staff and leadership key information for making tough decisions and staff retention.

Vicki has experience working with owners, staff, creditors, auditors, insurance representatives and specialty vendors. She’s been responsible for bank reporting, tax filings, internal and external audits, risk management, and insurance reviews. Communication is clear and concise with key stakeholders as we resolve difficult issues, and build resiliency into your business or personal financials.
